Intelligent Management
The built in intelligent management delivers an easy to use remote management and web based environment that is independent of the operating system. Providing secure and consistent access over a dedicated network port, this enterprise grade management features KVM access, power on/off control, hardware diagnostics and system health monitoring, SNMP and virtual media/ISO image mounting capabilities over a secure browser interface (SSL).
The smart drives feature IntelliSeek™ and IntelliPark™ for optimised seek speeds and read/write load balancing to deliver lower noise, vibration and power consumption. Active workload monitoring is built into the drives allowing idle to be invoked and recovered automatically through seamless host controller/drive power management.
