Warranty/RMA Return Process
VeryPC warranty returns are handled by our nominated service provider: BothRealities Ltd. Please follow the instructions below to return your VeryPC product:
In the unlikely event that you need to return your VeryPC products or other equipment to BothRealities for service or repair, you need to make sure that it is suitably packaged and that the relevant paper work is included. This will help our service provider carry out the necessary work without delay and return your equipment to you as soon as possible.
If you have the original packaging then please re-use it. Otherwise please use a suitable strong box and make sure that the equipment is well padded and away from the edges of the box to help reduce the risks of damage in transit. Remember our mantra reduce, reuse, recycle when selecting appropriate packaging.
Complete the supplied warranty/RMA returns form, supplying your contact information, details of the issue affecting your product and specify what is being returned (cables, discs etc). Place the returns form inside the box.
Make sure the box is well sealed and attach the warranty/RMA returns address sheet clearly and securely on the side of the box.
Arrange to have the box returned to BothRealities and notify them by phone (0114 321 8610) or email (warranties@bothrealities.co.uk) of the return date, service used and any tracking details.
Following the above steps will help our service provider BothRealities process your return as soon as possible.
