VeryPC offer a range of warranties on our products:

• Warranty/RMA Return Process

  VeryPC warranty returns are handled by our nominated service provider: BothRealities Ltd. Please follow the instructions below to return your VeryPC product:

  In the unlikely event that you need to return your VeryPC products or other equipment to BothRealities for service or repair, you need to make sure that it is suitably packaged and that the relevant paper work is included. This will help our service provider carry out the necessary work without delay and return your equipment to you as soon as possible.

  If you have the original packaging then please re-use it. Otherwise please use a suitable strong box and make sure that the equipment is well padded and away from the edges of the box to help reduce the risks of damage in transit. Remember our mantra reduce, reuse, recycle when selecting appropriate packaging.

  Complete the supplied warranty/RMA returns form, supplying your contact information, details of the issue affecting your product and specify what is being returned (cables, discs etc). Place the returns form inside the box.

  Make sure the box is well sealed and attach the warranty/RMA returns address sheet clearly and securely on the side of the box.

  Arrange to have the box returned to BothRealities and notify them by phone (0114 321 8610) or email (warranties@bothrealities.co.uk) of the return date, service used and any tracking details.

  Following the above steps will help our service provider BothRealities process your return as soon as possible.

• 3 year Return To Base (RTB) warranty

  • Responsibilities of VeryPC
    • Very PC Ltd (trading as VeryPC) warrants VeryPC products used in the United Kingdom (UK Mainland only) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase.
    • In the event of failure of any product or part due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, VeryPC will repair or replace the product with the same or better specification product at no charge for parts or labour.
    • The sole remedy to the owner shall be repair or replacement. These terms and conditions shall supersede all other terms and conditions relating to the five year Return to Base warranty, implied or otherwise expressed.
    • Whilst VeryPC adheres to stringent quality control procedures to minimise the incidence of products which are faulty on delivery, a small number may be deemed to be faulty within 14 days of sale. Any products found to be faulty on delivery are subject to priority treatment at the discretion of VeryPC and are typically collected or replaced immediately.
    • This warranty only covers products registered with VeryPC within 90 days of purchase. No warranties will apply after 60 months from the date of purchase.
  • Responsibilities of the customer
    • The ‘Fix Me Quick’ serial number together with a copy of the sale receipt showing the purchase date are required as mandatory proof of purchase.
    • The customer shall be responsible for arranging collection and return of the product to and from VeryPC’s base of operations (in the UK).
    • Items missing from the package must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, please call 0845 0345 017.
    • Faulty products must be suitably packaged as any additional faults caused during transit may be subject to a repair charge. For a guide to correctly packaging your product for return please view the warranty section of VeryPC’s website - www.very-pc.co.uk/warranty
  • Exceptions to Warranty
    • This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, software issues, misuse or negligence. For software issues please see the terms and conditions of your software provider.
    • Warranty is void if products have had their serial number label tampered with, altered, defaced or removed.
    • VeryPC are not responsible for any data loss or damages resulting from any breach of warranty or any legal theory including lost profit, downtime, goodwill, damage to equipment or property or any other incidental or consequential damages incurring from purchase, use or inability to use the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their data is backed up.
    • VeryPC will not warrant or bear any responsibility for third party equipment.
    • VeryPC will not warrant or bear any responsibility for any product which has, subsequent to receipt by the customer, third party equipment installed. If such equipment is deemed to be the cause of the problem with the product all repairs will be chargeable.
    • Any third party hardware which has been installed subsequent to receipt by the customer must be removed from the product prior to its return as VeryPC will not be held responsible for these items.
    • VeryPC products are supplied with software from third parties that are not covered under warranties of any kind. Although VeryPC will attempt to help you with software problems, a returned machine under warranty with a software issue may be chargeable.
    • This warranty is non-transferable. In the event of ownership of the product being passed to another individual or company (by sale or otherwise) from the original customer, the warranty shall be void.
  • Charges and Carriage
    • If VeryPC find no fault with the product you will be billed, at VeryPC’s discretion, for labour and carriage.
    • If faulty on delivery returns are received back without the original packaging then VeryPC are not liable for any damage caused in transit due to the incorrect packaging used. If this is the case then you will be invoiced at VeryPC’s current rate for repackaging materials and any cost for parts replaced due to said damage.
    • All other warranty returns deemed not ‘faulty on delivery’ please see s ection 2 iv.
