Every product supplied by VeryPC should reach you in perfect condition and continue to work perfectly for the duration of the warranty period within the warranty terms and conditions.
If you have an issue with any VeryPC supplied product you have received, contact us immediately. For VeryPC made hardware, you can submit your support request via our online form on the VeryPC Fix Me Quick webpage, or call our support team on 0114 321 8629 for all other products.
Fixing your problem
We’ll attempt to correct your issue during the initial phone call, whether that’s your call to us or our call back to you in response to your Fix Me Quick web form submission.
If it’s not possible to sort out your issue immediately, we’ll tell you what your available options are. This could be any of the following, depending on the level of warranty cover you have for your product:
- Collection of your VeryPC hardware for a factory fix or replacement
- Sending out a replacement product
- Sending out a replacement component
- Sending an engineer to your site
- Follow up call with a VeryPC technician
- Remote support session with a VeryPC technician
- Instructions to return the product to the manufacturer for 3rd party products

We have rigorous quality control checks after the physical build and software loading stages to make sure that everything we make is in the best possible condition when we ship it.
Because of the care and attention that goes into building your computers, we are confident that they will work beautifully for years to come after you receive them.
However, electronic components are not infallible, and when a rare fault that we’re responsible for crops up, your inclusive VeryPC warranty means you can have your computer fixed or replaced at no cost to yourself.

We’ll collect it and return it for free
When a problem occurs with something you’ve bought that is not your fault, we don’t see why you should have to pay to return the faulty goods.
That’s why the standard warranty on VeryPC made products is collect and return.
If it’s our fault, we’ll take responsibility and pay for the shipping required. The way we see it, that’s only fair.
Collect and return means that if your product needs to come back to the VeryPC factory to be repaired or replaced within the warranty period, we’ll pay to have it collected from you, make the necessary corrections, and then ship it back to you.
All this happens at no cost to yourself.
Up to 5 years at no extra cost*
We’re so confident in the build quality of our flagship desktop PC range that every VeryPC BroadLeaf desktop PC comes with a long 5 year collect and return warranty included in the price.
Other ranges, such as the Flex, Aspect and Thinbook come with shorter warranty periods which can be extended to 3 or 5 years cover for a small upgrade fee.
*5 year warranty as standard is normally only available on our Broadleaf One and Access desktop PCs.
